As senior partner at G & J Associates, his work covers IPO advisory, corporate governance, SEBI and corporate law, NBFC and RBI regulatory matters, and strategic advisory services.

He has been involved in 50+ SME and Main Board IPO assignments, including due diligence, secretarial audits, drafting and vetting of documents, and coordination with merchant bankers, legal advisors, registrars, stock exchanges and regulatory authorities. His work also covers SEBI (LODR), board and shareholder compliance, preferential issues, rights issues, private placements, ESOPs, share capital restructuring and post-listing compliance.

He is the co-founder of All Together Services Private Limited, a startup offering technology-driven IPR solutions, and serves as an Independent Director on the boards of listed companies.

CS Shiksha Sharma is a qualified Company Secretary working across company law, securities law, trade mark law, labour law and foreign exchange management law. She provides end-to-end legal, secretarial and compliance support to Indian corporates, startups and business entities.

She trained as an Article Assistant under M/s V M & Associates and PCS Sanjay Jain, handling corporate filings, legal drafting, trade mark matters and secretarial compliance. She serves as a Director of Sodhani Capital Limited, Peshwa Wheat Limited and Global Industrial Chemicals Limited.
